Because our work involves customized and time-based creative services, this Refund Policy explains the specific circumstances under which refunds may be granted. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:
- Before project initiation: If no work has begun, a full refund (minus applicable transaction fees) may be issued.
- Service not delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeline without proper communication.
- Duplicate payment: If a client is charged more than once for the same service, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Due to the personalized nature of our services, certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Writing, editing, or design work that has been initiated or completed.
- Marketing or promotional campaigns once materials have been developed or distributed.
- Printing, publishing, and ISBN registration fees once processed with third-party vendors.
- Any project where substantial time or creative effort has already been invested.
3. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund:
- Send a written request to info@vintagebookpublishers.com within seven (7) business days of delivery or project cancellation.
- Include your order ID, payment proof, and a detailed reason for the request.
- Allow our Quality Assurance team 10–15 business days to review and respond to your claim.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. No Refunds for Client Delays or Non-Response
Refunds cannot be issued if a project is delayed due to the client’s unresponsiveness, failure to provide required materials, or decision to cancel after significant progress has been made. However, projects can be resumed once communication is reestablished.
5. Third-Party Services
Vintage Book Publishers may collaborate with third-party providers (such as printers, distributors, or ad platforms) to deliver certain services. Refunds for third-party costs are subject to their respective refund policies and may not be under our direct control.
Vintage Book Publishers does not claim ownership over any client content.
By working with us, you grant limited permission for use of your project materials solely for service delivery and—only with your written consent—for marketing portfolio or testimonial purposes.
6. Dispute Resolution
Our goal is to maintain complete client satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our work, please contact our Client Support Team at info@vintagebookpublishers.com before filing a refund claim. We’ll review your concerns and work with you to find a fair resolution, including revisions where applicable.
7. Policy Updates
Vintage Book Publishers reserves the right to update or amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last Revised” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
